I hope you're all enjoying a wonderful summer filled with fun, rest, and quality time with family. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, I wanted to send a few important reminders to ensure a smooth and successful start to the school year.

Walk-Through Registration
 Walk-through registration will take place on Wednesday, July 30, during the following times. There are NO desingated time per grade, come when you can:

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  
  

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Please note: It is essential that you complete online registration prior to attending walk-through registration.

Online Student Data Confirmation / Registration
Tuesday, July 23 at 5:00 PM, families can begin the Data Confirmation/Registration process via the Aeries Parent Portal.

This step is required for all CVUSD students in order to begin the school year without delay.

At walk-through registration, we will be using THIS form. Please ensure you bring a copy of the form and all necessary documentation to make the process as smooth as possible.

At the conclusion of walk-through registration, you will be notified of your child’s teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. Our teachers work diligently to create balanced classroom communities that support the most effective learning environment for all students. As such, we are unable to accept teacher requests, and we appreciate your understanding and support.
